Luffa

A perfect natural sponge

Luffa is made from a gourd in the cucumber family and grows as a vine. Soak the sponge underwater, and it will soften. When softened, rub bar soap onto the sponge and work up a lather. Gently scrub your body in circular motions. Rinse the luffa after each use and hang to dry; allow to dry completely between uses.
